Meg and Ian tied the knot on a beautiful October evening in the comfort of Meg’s back yard in Nashville, TN. This elegant backyard ceremony and reception were perfect for this gorgeous couple, who were simply a delight to work with. We were truly honored to be a part of this evening with Meg and Ian, and are thrilled to share all of the details of their big day with photographs from La Dolce Vita Photography!

RaglandLoveW_131012_015 Once the amazing Amy Lynn Larwig finished everyone’s hair and make-up, Meg was ready to put on her dazzling gown and prepare for the first look. Meg’s luscious bridal bouquet, provided by Amanda Jerkins Design, was the perfect addition to these photos, and made them that much more beautiful.

After the couple had their “first look”, the rest of the wedding party joined in on the photo shoot before the ceremony began. Meg and Ian said “I Do” in the comfort of Meg’s parents’ beautiful backyard, and were surrounded by their closest family and friends. Once the ceremony was complete, Meg and Ian headed inside for a romantic dinner, while the rest of their guests mingled in the backyard for cocktail hour. Afterwards it was time to celebrate as Mr. and Mrs.! RaglandLoveW_131012_270 RaglandLoveW_131012_262RaglandLoveW_131012_340

All of the reception celebrations took place under a large ten with lighting from Nashville Event Lighting. Guests dined on various appetizers provided by Flavor, which included everything from polenta cakes with roasted red pepper pesto, to honey whipped goat cheese canapé and mini BLT’s. The highlight of the evening was when all of Meg and Ian’s family and friends joined them on the dance floor and danced to some good old Motown music, which was perfectly performed by the Erik Blue Band.
